Physiognomic analysis of facial features.
Psychological definitions and shapes of a face.
According to physiognomic tests on 3rd page of this site
section it is possible to choose psychological definitions and by that it is
possible to do assumptions that the man has one-valued or two-valued or
three-valued perception of the world, as each psychological definition is
compared to the certain degree of perception.
Except for physiognomic tests it is possible to choose psychological definitions
according to shapes of a face as in facial features it is possible to see
degrees of perception of the world.
For this purpose it is necessary to consider nine physiognomic levels of a
half-face that differs from six physiognomic levels which correspond with logic
structure of lines in Hexagrams of the canon I Ching. Namely it is necessary to use other
logic system for ordering shapes of a human face in profile rather than Hexagrams
I Ching, that is shown on the chart.

The chart shows logic system according to which
human half-faces are divided into three spheres and each sphere is divided
into three levels, and as a whole half-faces are divided into nine levels. The top physiognomic sphere is measured from top of a forehead up to eyebrows, that includes the top and middle levels of a forehead, and the bottom level of eyebrows. The middle physiognomic sphere is measured from eyebrows up to a nose-tip, that includes the top and middle levels of a nose bridge, and the bottom level of a nose-tip. The bottom physiognomic sphere is measured from upper lip up to a chin, that includes the top and middle levels of upper and lower lips, and the bottom level of a chin. |

The logic system of nine levels of a face is parallel for system of six
levels, as physiognomic levels of one system partially coincide with levels of
the second system. Two systems allow to consider a human half face according to
different measurements and consequently differently correspond with structure of
human mentality. Namely two systems allow to carry out the differentiated
physiognomic analysis and to do the differentiated conclusions about
psychological characteristics of a human person.
The analysis of human mentality in a context of physiognomy in view of
different systems of measures can be named as differential analysis.
The top sphere of nine-level system in physiognomy (forehead and
eyebrows) corresponds with human consciousness.
Top level of a forehead - synthesizing consciousness.
Middle level of a forehead - integrating consciousness.
Bottom level of a forehead (eyebrows) - analytical consciousness.
If in profile of a human face any levels of a forehead are increased or reduced
then it is possible to assume that the person possesses a corresponding degree
of perception of the world.
Namely if the top level of forehead is increased then it is possible to assume
that the man has three-valued perception of the world, and
psychological definition "philosophical imagination" can be peculiar to character of the man.
If the middle level of forehead is increased then it is possible to assume that
the man has two-valued perception of the world, and psychological
definition "associative mentality" can be peculiar to
character of the man.
If the bottom level of forehead is increased then it is possible to assume that
the man has one-valued perception of the world, and psychological definition "practical mind" can be peculiar to
character of the man.
The middle sphere of nine-level system in physiognomy
(nose) corresponds with human individuality or otherwise to tell
with personality.
Top level of a nose - conservative or
organizing properties of individuality.
Middle level of a nose - arbitrary (voluntary) and administrative
properties according to which alternative displays of individuality are possible.
Bottom level of a nose - radical declarative properties of individuality.
If the top level of a nose in profile of a half face is increased then it is
possible to assume that the man has three-valued perception, and
accordingly psychological definition "command features" can be peculiar to
character traits.
If the middle level of a nose in profile of a half face is increased then it is
possible to assume that the man has two-valued perception, and
accordingly psychological definition "administrative abilities" can be
peculiar to character traits.
If the bottom level of nose is increased in profile of a half face then it is
possible to assume that the man has one-valued perception, and accordingly
psychological definition "eccentric
individuality" can be peculiar to character traits.
If facial levels of a nose are increased then individuality is authoritative and
categorical, and if facial levels of a nose are reduced then individuality is
independent and liberal irrespective of degrees in perception of world around.
And consequently at analyses of physiognomic spheres it is necessary to consider
that psychological definitions specify characteristics which not only are
connected with different degrees of perception of the world, but also can be
shown with different intensity according to the expressed or not expressed
facial features.
The bottom sphere of nine-level system in physiognomy (lips and
chin) corresponds with human feelings.
The upper lip - regulated feelings which are caused by
norms of behavior.
The lower lip - compromise feelings according to which it is possible to
search for compromises of sensual displays in mutual relations of people.
The chin - reactionary feelings which are caused by volitions of
the man.
If the upper lip is increased in facial profile then it is possible to
assume about three-valued perception and
psychological definition "vitality" in
character of the man.
If the lower lip is increased in facial profile then it is possible to
assume about two-valued perception and
psychological definition "physiological nature" in character of the man.
If the chin is increased in facial profile then it is possible to
assume about one-valued perception and
psychological definition "imperious self-control" in character of the man.
Thus, by means of the nine-level physiognomic system it is possible to define
degrees of perception of world around, and also it is possible to choose
psychological definitions which according to the six-level physiognomic system
correspond with facial features and degrees of perception, that is the
differentiated analysis in a context of physiognomy which allows to consider a
human half face as complex forms in which complex psychological structures of
personality are displayed.
The following page considers the nine-level physiognomic system
irrespective of six facial levels as separate system which allows to analyze
half faces of people in physiognomy.
Namely the following page in detail considers sphere of a forehead and the
appropriate levels of human consciousness in frameworks of the nine-level
physiognomic system.
