Emotional types of human faces.
Physionomy of images and physiognomy of shapes.

Emotional types are derivatives of emotional images, namely correspond with physiognomic symbols which designate emotional images and correspond with 64 hexagrams of the canon of changes i-jing, that is described on pages of this website in section: concepts of the canon of changes.
But emotional types correspond with constant shapes of human faces, and emotional images are changeable displays of emotions, namely changeable emotional images arise in connection with situations and circumstances of a human life as responses to events, and constant shapes are the fixed emotions which are embodied in human faces. Otherwise it is possible to tell that emotional shapes are the fixed facial features, and emotional images supplement facial features with changeable emotional expressions.
Hence, the fixed shapes of emotional types are connected with physiognomy of a human face, and changeable emotional images are connected with physionomy of a face, if to consider definitions according to which the physionomy considers changeable emotions and allows to speak about emotional displays of people, and the physiognomy considers constant facial features and allows to speak about psychological features of people.
The word physiognomy is derivative of words physis and gnosis which have values "nature" and "knowledge", and in aggregate mean knowledge of human nature or knowledge of psychological features of people. And the word physionomy is a synonym of the word face in some languages. But actually the word physionomy correspond with words physis and nomos which have values "nature" and "name".
Emotional types correspond with physiognomic symbols according to parities with 64 hexagrams of the canon of changes i-jing which is a complex of logic symbols and allows to systematize versions of human emotions. Namely the variety of human emotions is unified and compared with hexagrams i-jing, and in essence the variety of emotions is designated by the unified complex of physiognomic symbols which are identical to hexagrams i-jing, that is in detail described on pages of this website in section which has the name: concepts of the canon of changes.
Physiognomic symbols are conditional images of human emotions and consequently conditionally correspond with real emotional shapes and images of people, but physiognomic symbols allow in convenient form to perceive and systematize all emotional types. Otherwise it is possible to tell that physiognomic symbols can be used not only for recognition of changing emotions, but also for ordering and identification of the fixed emotional shapes which are emotional types.
But identification of emotional types by means of physiognomic symbols differs from identification of changeable emotional images as it is difficult a little to identify the closed emotions of eyes or the open emotions of a mouth in constant shapes of human faces, but however physiognomic symbols are uniform logic system which is intended for constant shapes and changeable images of human faces.

symbols are constructed according to three positions in hexagrams i-jing Physiognomic symbols are constructed according to three positions of digrams in 64 hexagrams of the canon of changes i-jing, namely top digrams correspond to eyebrows, middle digrams correspond to eyes, bottom digrams correspond to a mouth.
If digram has two break lines then emotions are open.
If the top line is entire, and the bottom line is break then emotions are joyful.
If the top line is break, and the bottom line is entire then emotions are sad.
If both lines are entire then emotions are quiet or closed, that is possible to see on the chart.
