Beginning year of the New Era and Uranus as the Star of Magi.
Information of this page can be interesting to teachers of
divinity and priests of Christian church who consider erroneous
calculations of astrologists and name wrong birth date of Jesus Christ, and
actually who do not trust Dionysius Exiguus who has calculated beginning
year of New Era perfectly. |

Rotation of planets in solar system is caused by mathematical ratio of
astrophysical sizes and connected with movement of time according to which
historical events are carried out and there is evolutional development of human civilization.
Image of time in the context of astrology is zodiacal circle within which
planets rotate and specify marks of historical development. The major landmark
or point of zodiacal circle is the moment of time when planets cross initial
degree of Zodiac, namely when movement of heavenly bodies passes through zero
in the top of astrological sign Aries.
If to track moments in the past time when planet Uranus crossed initial degree of
zodiac astrological circle then it is possible to see that this astronomical
event was at the beginning of New Era or otherwise to tell at primary
milestone of chronology from Jesus Christ's birth.
Chronology of New Era or Anno Domini in contemporary calendar has been established by
monk Dionysius Exiguus who at 0525 year of VI century AD by the request of
Pope John I has calculated the new Easter table according to which hierarchs of
Christian church celebrate time of holydays. Namely previous Easter table came to the
end, and consequently chronologic calculation for following period of time has been made.
Previous Easter table corresponded to the calendar with Era of Diocletian who
was Roman emperor and persecutor of Christians. Therefore Dionysius Exiguus has
refused former calendar and has established time of New Era,
namely he has written chronologic dates according to years from the Birth of Christ,
and he has in essence entered new chronology into use.
Pay attention that year 0525 AD, when Dionysius Exiguus has offered new
chronology, corresponds with end of third and beginning of fourth periods in big
and small pentacycles of Uranus, also in the basic cycle of this planet.
Namely 0525 AD was not casual if to consider concurrences of three cycles within
the uniform time scale as dates of significant events in history of human civilization.

Dionysius Exiguus has not left any data about calculations according to which he
has calculated birth year of the Christ, and consequently there are opinions
that time of of New Era is incorrect. It affirms according to historical data
which historians and astrologers compare with information on Jesus Christ's
birth in Gospels. Namely in the Gospel of Matthew in 2nd chapter it is
written that Jesus was born when the king Herod reigned.
"... Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, in the days of King Herod ..."
According to historical chronology it is known that Herod became king on 40 BC
and has died after 36 years of reign on 4 BC, and accordingly historians
consider that Jesus Christ was born at least 4 or 5 years earlier rather than it
is calculated by Dionysius Exiguus. Though Herod is mentioned in Gospels not
only at birth time of Jesus Christ but also during Crucifixion, because Pontius
Pilate sent Jesus on court to Herod.
Actually 4 year BC was death date of Herod the Great, and then there was reign
time of his sons Archelaus and Antipas who too were from Herodian Dynasty.
Namely during birth of Jesus there was tyranny of Herod Archelaus who
spoke with magi and has ordered to kill babies in Bethlehem, therefore parents
with Jesus disappeared in Egypt till time when Archelaus has died. And then
Pontius Pilate before Crucifixion sent Jesus Christ on court to Herod Antipas who
was the younger brother of Archelaus.
Though in the Gospel from Matthew it is written that Archelaus reigned in Judea
after returning parents of Jesus from Egypt.
"But when Joseph heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea in the place of
his father, Herod, he was afraid to go there. Being warned in a dream, he
withdrew into the region of Galilee and lived in a city called Nazareth".
However if to consider that evangelist Matthew wrote the book according to words
of Maria or mother of Jesus then it is possible to assume that he has incorrectly
understood her story about events of childhood. Namely it is possible to assume
that Maria told about returning from Egypt after death of Herod Archelaus, but
evangelist Matthew has written that Archelaus reigned in Judea after returning
of Jesus with parents from Egypt.
Other historical event at birth date of Jesus Christ is the
mention about enrollment of Quirinius, that is written in the Gospel of Luke in 2nd chapter.
"In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that the whole world
should be enrolled. This was the first enrollment, when Quirinius was governor of Syria."
Some historians consider that Quirinius was governor of Syria on 8-5 years BC, and
accordingly it affirms that Jesus Christ was born before date which was calculated
by Dionysius Exiguus. But in essence years of Quirinius government are unknown
from the view point of historical chronology, and consequently statements
of historians cannot be considered as proved.
Books of Titus Flavius Josephus have historical data about enrollment at 0009 AD
after nine years of birth date of Jesus Christ. Though enrollment of 0009 AD
could be the second. Namely evangelist Luke could write that Joseph and Maria or
parents of Jesus have gone to Bethlehem to participate in enrollment
which was the first during government of Quirinius.
And then on 0009 AD of new era after the birth of Jesus Christ there was second
enrollment according to historical data in books of Titus Flavius Josephus, and
accordingly evangelist Luke has written about it that readers have not mixed
different enrollments.
One more event is the mention about celestial star which the magi saw, that is written in
the Gospel of Matthew in 2nd chapter.
"... magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying: Where is the newborn
king of the Jews? We saw his star at its rising and have come to do him homage.
When King Herod heard this, he was greatly troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
Assembling all the chief priests and the scribes of the people, he inquired of
them where the Messiah was to be born. They said to him, "In Bethlehem of Judea,
for thus it has been written through the prophet: And you, Bethlehem, land of
Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; since from you shall
come a ruler, who is to shepherd my people Israel.
Then Herod called the magi secretly and ascertained from them the time of the
star's appearance. He sent them to Bethlehem and said: Go and search diligently
for the child. When you have found him, bring me word, that I too may go and do him homage.
After their audience with the king they set out. And behold, the star that they
had seen at its rising preceded them, until it came and stopped over the place
where the child was. They were overjoyed at seeing the star, and on entering the
house they saw the child with Mary his mother. They prostrated themselves and
did him homage. Then they opened their treasures and offered him gifts of gold,
frankincense, and myrrh.
And having been warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they departed for
their country by another way.
When they had departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a
dream and said: Rise, take the child and his mother, flee to Egypt, and stay
there until I tell you. Herod is going to search for the child to destroy him.
Joseph rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed for Egypt.
He stayed there until the death of Herod, that what the Lord had said through
the prophet might be fulfilled: Out of Egypt I called my son.
When Herod realized that he had been deceived by the magi, he became furious. He
ordered the massacre of all the boys in Bethlehem and its vicinity two years old
and under, in accordance with the time he had ascertained from the magi."
This evangelical certificate about Star of Magi specifies astronomical facts which have
doubtless reliability, because movement of heavenly bodies is not caused by numbers
of calendars, and is not connected to dates of life of those or other
historical characters known in human history.
Astrologers and astronomers according to this certificate about Star of Magi find in movement of
heavenly bodies various planetary constellations which can correspond to birth
date of Jesus Christ. In particular astrologer and astronomer Johannes Kepler
specified connection of Mars with Jupiter and Saturn for two years before birth
date of Jesus Christ that incorrectly identified as the Star of Magi. Because
astrological connection of Mars with Jupiter and Saturn
specified any other historical event, but could not be indication on birth date of Jesus Christ.
Actually if to consider calculations of Dionysius Exiguus as correct then it is
necessary to correlate information on the Star of Magi with planetary
constellations which were on 0001 AD, to perceive evangelical certificate of
Matthew as description of concrete astronomical phenomenon. Namely
evangelist Matthew has written that Magi saw the star in the east or rising,
and they went from the east to see the born child. But if Magi went from
the east then have been turned by faces on the west and saw western celestial hemisphere.
And eastern hemisphere was behind. Hence, in words of evangelist
Matthew there is a logic contradiction, or "rising" has other meaning
rather than eastern celestial hemisphere of the sky.
It is necessary to tell that in Russian translation of the Gospel of Matthew there is the
word 
EAST, but not 
RISING.
If to take into account that Magi were astrologers and astronomers, or
ancient wise men who were regarded as having more than human knowledge, then
words EAST and RISING can mean initial or zero degree of astrological circle, that
corresponds to the apex of zodiacal sign Aries, as shown in the chart.

According to rules of astrology there are four points
which correspond to four parts of the world and spatial coordinates of astrological circle. 0 degrees in apex of zodiacal sign Aries - east. 90 degrees in apex of zodiacal sign Crab - south. 180 degrees in apex of zodiacal sign Libra - west. 270 degrees in apex of zodiacal sign Capricorn - north. These are four cardinal points of astrological circle which have important meanings if correspond with positions of those or other planets. |

When Magi spoke about star in the east then meant that celestial body was in
initial degree of astrological circle. Namely Magi observed star on the sky, but
according to rules of astrology they correlated zodiacal position to initial degree
and east coordinate of astrological circle.
Besides Magi could know that projection of the Earth's axis as a result of
precession at that time too was in initial degree of astrological circle, that
meant change of terrestrial epochs, and consequently they expected the birth of
King. Namely axis of the Earth as a result of precession movements at that
historical period was in the cardinal point between zodiacal signs Aries and
Pisces, that meant ending of Aries Age and beginning of Pisces Epoch. And
consequently Magi expected birth of future King. And when they have seen the
star in this point then have compared two astronomical events and have learned
that birth time has come.
Magi could know about the Earth's precession which have been described
by the ancient Greek astrologer and astronomer Gipparh on 133 years earlier. Because
Magi there were scientists or wise men knowing about scientific achievements of that time.
It is necessary to notice that communities of first Christians too knew about
precession of Earth's axis, as the fish was a symbol of Jesus Christ who was
born at beginning of Pisces Age or Fishes Epoch.
Magi knew that the future King should be born in Judea as it has been written in
prophetical books of Old Testament which was known not only among Jews, but
all over the world. Namely many religious people of that time all over the world
expected appearance of the Savior or Messiah who according to certificates of
prophets was should be born in Judea in the house of King David. And
consequently Magi have gone to Jerusalem to send regards for the born child, but
they have not found baby at royal court of Herod. And Magi have gone to Bethlehem
as directed by court scientists.
Herod and court scientists or readers of Scriptures did not know about occurrence
of celestial body, and consequently it is possible to assume that Star of Magi
is the planet Uranus which at that time was not known and has been discovered by
English astronomer William Hershel only on 1781 AD. Namely
astrologers and astronomers at that time knew about Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter,
Saturn, but Uranus was unknown planet. But it is obvious that Magi knew about
existence of the planet Uranus which they named as the Star of Judea King,
though other astrologers or astronomers could be in ignorance about
it, and including court scientists of Herod could be ignorant about existence of Uranus.
It is necessary to tell that the planet Uranus has the name which is meant
"Star of Heavenly King" in the context of Chinese astrology. But it is
impossible to speak that Magi have come to Judea from China. Because knowledge about Uranus and Star of Heavenly
King can have other origin, and can actually be borrowed by Chinese culture.
The planet Uranus is difficult heavenly body for seeing without optical tools,
but stars of night sky are very bright in the Middle East. Namely transparent atmosphere
allows to see astronomical phenomena which are difficult for seeing in other
world regions, and consequently Magi could come to Bethlehem not only from
China, but also from countries of Middle East or Central Asia.
Besides astrologers of ancient world built special constructions or
observatories with narrow apertures in walls for observation of heavenly
sphere, that allowed to strengthen optical visibility of stars and planets. As
if to look at the sky from a deep well or through pore in walls of ancient
observatory then there is an optical effect increasing potential of eyes, that
allows to see stars and planets which cannot be seen by usual eyesight.
Or Magi as contemporary astrologers used astronomical tables in which
positions of stars and planets on heavenly sphere have been calculated in advance.
Anyhow, but it is possible to assume that Magi observed celestial point of spring
equinox and have seen the planet Uranus. Or they have calculated position of
Uranus by means of astronomical tables and then have seen by eyes, that they
have realized as indication of birth time for the Heavenly King or Messiah.
This astronomical event has taken place before sunrise on March, 25, 0001 AD, that
is shown in cosmogram of celestial chart.

According to astronomical data at night from 24th to 25th March 0001 AD the
planet Uranus has crossed eastern coordinate of astrological circle, that
corresponds to occurrence of the Star of Magi in the east or rising. And
consequently March, 25th 0001 AD can be considered as date of chronological
beginning of New Era.
Though chronological epoch of New Era is January, 1st 0001 AD, as January is
the first month of Gregorian calendar, but however exact astronomical date is March, 25th.
Magi have seen Uranus in the east at morning before sunrise because his position
in the shown celestial chart of astrological circle is near to the Sun.
After that Magi have gone to Judea, but they have not found the born Child in
royal court of Herod, and they have gone to Bethlehem. Also Magi have seen that
the star "preceded them", namely on July, 12th 0001 AD the planet Uranus started
return movement, or otherwise to tell began to move in retrograde direction
in the context of astrology, and again came back to initial degree of
astrological circle. That has pleased Magi because returning should show new birth date of the Child.
Then planet Uranus has stopped retrograde movement and within three days had
static position precisely in initial degree of astrological circle, and
consequently Magi have seen that the star "came and stopped over the place where
the child was", that is written in the Gospel of Matthew. Namely retrograde
movement of Uranus has stopped, but direct movement has not begun, and actually
heavenly body was motionless within three days in view of astrology. It was on
December, 9-12th 0001 AD, and the planet Uranus again has crossed initial degree
of astrological circle at midday on December, 12th. And it is possible to assume
that the Christ was born at night from 12th to 13th of December when Uranus was
in connection with the Moon, that is shown in the following celestial chart.

Magi at daytime on December, 13th have found the home in Bethlehem where have
seen Maria and Jesus. Namely Jesus was born in a cattle-shed as there was no
room for them in hotels, but Magi have found him later when the Child and mother
were in a house at someone of inhabitants of Bethlehem.
Then Magi have not gone to Jerusalem as the dream send them away in own country,
and they have not informed Herod about birth time of Jesus. Hence, Herod could
know date of March, 25th 0001 AD when the Star of Magi has appeared on the east.
But Herod did not know date of December, 12th 0001 AD when the Star of Magi has again
appeared on the east. And in essence Herod did not know exact birth date of
Jesus Christ, and consequently he has ordered to kill in Bethlehem and
vicinities all babies who were born after March, 25th 0001 AD, namely all boys
in ages of two years old and under. But Jesus has been kept safe with parents in
Egypt at that time.
Thus, first occurrence of the planet Uranus at the east on March, 25th 0001 AD
of new era has marked Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin when the angel has
announced the Child to Mary. And in nine months on December, 13th 0001 AD
new occurrence of Uranus at the east has marked Jesus' birth in Bethlehem. But
in essence exact birth date of Jesus Christ is unknown, that
is coordinated with opinions of Christian mystics, because birthday could be within three days on December, 9-12th 0001
AD when the planet Uranus was motionless at the east in initial degree of astrological circle.
It is necessary to consider that human souls arise at a moment of conception and
then people appears on light in nine months. Therefore in some cases it is
considered that Jesus Christ was born on March before Easter, but actually on
March, 25th 0001 AD there was Annunciation when Virgin Mary has taken the
Child from the Holy Spirit, and the appearance on light was on December.
In end of this page it is possible to draw conclusion that Dionysius Exiguus has
calculated birth year of the Christ rightly, and by that he has established
correct date of New Era or chronology of Anno Domini.
Apparently, Dionysius Exiguus knew that the beginning of Easter tables has
initially been compared to birth date but not to the year of
Crucifixion and Resurrection, that has been made by people who saw Jesus Christ
and knew exact birth time. And consequently Dionysius did not calculate but he
used available numbers. Namely if the great Easter cycle or chronological period
on concurrences of Easter days with calendar numbers has duration of 532 years
then 0532 AD is the first year in the new Easter table which Dionysius Exiguus
has arranged on 0525 AD.
And if historians and teachers of divinity, or astronomers and astrologers speak that
the Christ was born on 5 or 6 BC then they are mistaken. And also if TV channels
or television programs speak that the Star of Magi is UFO of extraterrestrial
civilizations or any other supernatural phenomena in the sky, too are mistaken.
Because the Gospel of Matthew describes concrete astronomical events which are
associated with position of the planet Uranus at the east in initial degree of
astrological circle.
But it is impossible to speak that directly Uranus is a symbol of Jesus Christ,
because this planet is only heavenly body which was placed in the cosmic space of solar
system as indication of key moments in development of human civilization.
Also it is impossible to deny or cancel date of December, 25th 0001 AD which is
connected to winter solstice and has been accepted by Christian church to establish
uniform day for celebrating of Christmas, and to stop disputes on exact birth
time of Jesus.
But it is possible to compare beginning of three chronological cycles of the
planet Uranus to March, 25th 0001 AD at beginning of New Era, that allows to
synchronize calendar dates with stages of time in development of human
civilization. And also it allows to analyze historical events in view of
celestial movement of solar system. As the beginning of New Era from the birth
of Jesus Christ was concurrence of many heavenly cycles.
